The classic old question of, “What are the 3 most important things in Real Estate? Location, Location, Location” is a classic old question for a reason. Location is EXTREMELY important, but it’s not everything. And the aspect of location is nuanced. You have to take in additional items like, Hobbies, Family Needs, Proximity to Work, Proximity to Play, Schools, etc. Location isn’t everything, but it’s where we begin this endeavor.
